Good afternoon,

Thank you for your response to my submission to the Minister – https://col63233000dlg.blogspot.com/p/directors-response-21.html and thank you for your advice in regard to my ability to place Questions on Notice to a Council meeting.

Following your advice, I resubmitted a series of questions and I believe that:

It appears as though my beliefs were ill founded and that yet again I might have come up against SECTION 62 in operation and Council’s ‘culture of confidentiality’ not to mention Council’s predisposition towards ‘discretionary accountability’.

That said, there is more to be said to you on such things but I’ve said them in an Open Letter to you that can be accessed here … https://col63233000dlg.blogspot.com/

I’d welcome any response you feel so disposed to offer.

Yours sincerely

Ray Norman
